The joint venture Spanish-language video network between Delaney Road and La Bella TM was announced in May 2023.
Delaney Road, owned by Suite929 LLC, owns half of the joint-venture while La Bella TM, owned by Tati and Jaggar Muniz, owns the remaining half.
Cultura Ciudad launches in December 2023.
